All orders are prepared in front of a laminar flow hood with a 99.7% HEPA filter to prevent contamination.
All water/liquid culture is auto-claved before use with our in-house genetics.
Q: Does my order come with tracking? How long will my package take to arrive?
Yes! All orders come with tracking and in the event of your package not arriving, we will send another free of charge. Shipping may vary based on distance. We ship from Ontario

Manitoba/Saskatchewan/NB/NS/PEI: 6-7 Days
British Columbia/Alberta: 6-9 Days

Q: Will my spores freeze in the Winter season?
Yes, if your spores are left out in the cold they will freeze. To avoid spores freezing, we will ship your order to your local post office to avoid the issue. Once the package is delivered, you will be notified to pick them up at your convenience.
Incase your spores are frozen during transit, the spores should still be viable.
